Here is an effective diet that allows you to lose weight fast without starving. This system was tested after pregnancy and got very good feedback. Add this one with regular physical activity such as walking or swimming and you will be surprised at the results.

First of all do not forget the most important meal of the day  "breakfast" :
  1. coffee or tea avolonté Nature s / sugar (sweetener allowed)
  2. bread (60 g fresh weigh)
  3. reduced to 41% 1 teaspoon butter
  4. jam 1 tablespoon shaved
for lunch:
  1. salad and / or vegetables as desired, unless colic
  2. 200 g bread or starchy potatoes or cooked weight 150 g pasta, rice, semolina, wheat, or 70 g of bread
  3. MFE(meat, fish, eggs): 100 or 150 g
  4. cheese 30 g or 45% s dairy / sugar or yogurt 0% 0% fruit or 100g of cottage cheese 0%
  5. fruit: 1 portion = 300g

Lean diet vinaigrette way to mix in a shaker:
  1. 200 ml of vinegar
  2. 100 ml of oil
  3. 100 ml water
  4. salt, pepper, mustard as desired
Dinner:
  1. vegetable soup (optional)
  2. salad or vegetables as desired
  3. no starch except bread 50g
  4. MFE (meat, fish, eggs) 100g or 150g
  5. 45% 30g cheese or 1 dairy to  0%
  6. 1 fruit intake
  7. 5g fat raw materials (ditto pm)
Some protidic equivalences:
  1. 50g of meat = 1 whole egg and 1 slice of ham fat and rind 50 g
  2. 100g fish = 100g tuna in brine, 100g peeled shrimp, surimi 100g, 30g salmon.

The advantage of this fast and efficient system is that is balanced meals while having fun.

Motivation also plays a key role. Do not weigh yourself every day. Prefer a tape measure or a reference garment like pants rather than the scale every day.
Note that in addition to this diet program, running feet is excellent for helping you lose weight quickly.
